What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new Red-Dee-2™ products.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
The JO-COMM products are warranted against workmanship and/or material failure
for a period of one year after date of purchase from JO-COMM or an authorized
dealer.
What Will JO-COMM Do?
JO-COMM will repair or replace, at our option, the Red-Dee-2™ product
still in warranty without charge and will return the product to you at our
expense. Failure to repair may result in your option to request a replacement
or full refund.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warrantee does not cover, application of excessive voltage or
current, improper or abnormal usage, accident, abuse, lightning, alteration
or failure to follow manufacturers cautions and instructions, or typical customer
replaceable parts.

Provide your contact information, a description of the problem, proof of purchase
such as a copy of the original sales receipt, and date of purchase to request
an RMA #. You will be directed to return at your expense to:

We will inspect your Red-Dee-2™ product at no charge and contact you
with the results of our inspection. All warranty repairs will be
made and the product returned at our cost. If you inform us that you
wish us to provide necessary parts to you but you wish to have repairs performed
elsewhere, we will return the product and replacement parts to you. If
the product is out of warranty, we will supply an estimate of the charges required
to fix or replace. If you authorize repairs, we will return the repaired product.
You must pay in advance any charges before return shipment of the repaired
product. If you decide to not repair the product, we will return at your
expense or destroy.
Limitation of Liability
JO-COMM limits and restricts liability for consequential and incidental damages
and are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights, which vary from state to state. |
